At The Core Houston, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to find a great place to exercise. We provide a clean, comfortable, state of the art facility that meets all of our members’ needs.
We don’t feel the need to require lengthy contracts or expensive initiation fees because we know that once you try The Core, you will become a happy, healthy, long time member.
All members are required to check-in at front desk daily with phone number keypad type-in. A photo will be taken at the time of membership signup which ensures our members’ security at all times.
The expertise and depth of knowledge brought to our gym by the independent personal trainers that train here are what make this gym truly unique. Our business model centers around the personal trainers, allowing them to work with The Core Health & Fitness as independent personal trainers, which gives them the freedom to run their own business, as well as a top notch facility for their clients. If their business succeeds, we succeed as a gym.
